What is the loyalty program?
How are points earned?
The Marmalade Bonus loyalty program has a progressive scale for accruing bonuses for purchases. The more a member makes purchases, the higher his level.
The program provides up to 3 levels of bonus accrual for new members of the loyalty program: The Marmalade bonus loyalty program has a progressive scale for accruing bonuses on purchases. The more a member purchases, the higher his level.
Level 1 - 5% bonuses from each purchase. The Marmalade Bonus loyalty program has a progressive scale for accruing bonuses for purchases. The more a member purchases, the higher his level.
Level 2 - 7% bonuses from each purchase. The Marmalade Bonus loyalty program has a progressive scale for accruing bonuses for purchases. The more a member makes purchases, the higher his level.
Level 3 - 10% bonuses from each purchase.

How to join the Marmalade Bonus loyalty program?
To subscribe to the loyalty program, the customer must complete the application form and accept the terms of the commercial offer, the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, as well as consent to the processing of personal data.
You can apply to the loyalty program via:
1 Via the QR code in the store
2 On the website, in the "loyalty program" section
Can I get a plastic card?
How do I show my card to be identified?
In order to credit or credit points, the client must be identified in one of the following ways:
1 Via a virtual chatbot card.
2 After registering in the system, the user can install a Wallet card to the phone for identification in the store and provide the store employee at the checkout with the card number or show the QR code for calculating points. The card number can be found under the QR code in the Wallet card.
Points will be credited without SMS confirmation.
How can I get a gift?
1 The customer may receive a personal gift for active participation in the loyalty program. Eg chocolates, 100 grams of jelly beans etc. gifts from the Candy Cat store.
2 Information about the gift will be sent by notification in the promotions section in the chatbot.
3 Gifts have a limited expiry date.
Can I exchange a gift for cash or transfer it to another loyalty program participant?
